LED's Par Enclosure Project

This is two Project in one

My first gold was make a Enclosure for my Chauvet LED par can jr, then the second Project is make a Enclosure for MR-16 LED's

I pick up some 6" X 24" PVC pipe from lowe's and cut them into 71/2" lengths

then with the remainder Pisces of pipe I cut them in 1/2" rings.

for the front lens I got Lexan sheet and using my rotozip tootool with a Circle Cutter Guide
l, I cut a 5.75" diameter disk out , also Prismatic Clear fluorescent ceiling light Panels and cutting a 5.75" diameter disk out

in Photo #1 show the front lens, 1/2" ring then Prismatic disk, in this photo #5 is show the inside of the tube.

The Prismatic Panels help Eliminates harsh of the lights.

this Photo #6 is showing the Chauvet LED jr par inside the tube.

this is Project #2

with the same Lexan 5.75" diameter disk, I cut four 1.75" diameter holes for mounting the Red, Green, Blue and White MR-16 LED's

also I putting a 1" standoff on the disk this will mounting like the Photo #6 is showing the Chauvet LED jr par inside the tube.
